Journey Law is monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) spread and resulting implications on a daily basis. Our office has been open during this entire period, but we have moved to working remotely.
We care deeply about our employees, our clients and our community, and take the evolving and global nature of the COVID-19 very seriously.
We have adopted the following policies for our office until further notice:
· We are not having in-person meetings at our office. Instead, we are meeting using telephone and videoconferencing for all meetings, or outdoor meetings while distancing. We expect to begin seeing clients in the office in September, but only where necessary. Phone or video meetings are the default for the time being;
· We are requesting that anyone who needs to contact us do schedule a call using this link: or, to submit this form to begin intake on a new file. Our phone is being monitored, but electronic methods are most effective right now;
· We ask that all written communications be forwarded via email and not by fax;
· Our office is open for pick ups and drop offs from 8 a.m. – noon and 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We prefer that you call first to confirm someone is in the office, as last-minute schedule changes do happen.
We have implemented the above precautions in addition to enabling all of our staff with secure remote access to be able to work from home, as necessary.
Since our entire team is working from home on at least a part-time basis, we ask for your patience. Our response time is longer than usual, as we all navigate our own challenges this crisis has brought.
Thank you for your co-operation. We hope you remain safe and healthy.
