Who we are
We used to be Allinotte Law, and now we are Journey Law.
We are a law firm in downtown Cornwall, founded by Michele Allinotte in 2009.
Practice areas include real estate, business law, wills, powers of attorney and estate planning, and estate administration. In the spring of 2015, we acquired the practice of Donald White, a long-time Cornwall lawyer who is now enjoying his retirement. Shunker Chugh and Jonathan Collings joined the firm as Counsel and Litigation Counsel, respectively, in 2019.
We are becoming Journey Law Professional corporation as of November 1, 2019.
“My team and I strive to be approachable, accessible, and responsive. We prioritize clear communication so every client is empowered to make the right legal decisions for their family and business. Our goal is to develop affordable and lasting relationships with all of our clients. If our team is not the not right fit for your legal matter, or if we don’t have the right experience or expertise, we will make sure you get the assistance you need. If you can’t get to our office, we are always pleased to meet you via Zoom and can assist you in matters throughout Ontario. If you find yourself with a particular challenge, we will work to help you solve it.”
We are committed to delivering great service in a responsive manner. The firm offers flat-fee informational sessions for real estate, business and estate planning. Business membership plans are available for ongoing business clients and fees are structured so there are never any surprises.
